Torrevieja's Proposed High Rise Revamp

There are plans a foot to build high rise blocks in Torrevieja. Currently there is a limit to the number of floors which can be built. I believe this number is 5. The plan is to build blocks with 28 floors. This, considering the problems with the credit crunch, over development and the area's propensity for earth tremors seems a little ridiculous. If anyone wants to see the plans go to the ayuntamiento in Torrevieja.
